Student Registration Information

In accordance with PCBOE Policies 6.201 and 6.203, families are asked to provide the following documentation at the time of registration:

Proof of Age

A birth certificate or other officially acceptable evidence of date of birth at the time of registration;

Proof of Physical Examination

Documentation of a current medical examination for students entering school for the first time 

Proof of Immunization

Evidence of state-required immunizations in accordance with Tennessee law

Students will not be denied or delayed enrollment if these documents are not immediately available. The district will work with families to obtain required records as quickly as possible.
