Centerstone Behavioral Health Services

Centerstone therapists are still serving clients for Polk County Schools. During this time, families and students may be feeling anxious, depressed, lonely, or a number of other emotions and help is available.

   Below are some general wellness tips and reminders from the CDC:

​

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water (warm or cold) for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

  • Stay home when you are sick.

  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

As the Coronavirus situation develops we will continue to update this information.

PERSONAL HYGIENE

should fill out the COVID-19 Self Reporting Form and submit it to the Central Office.

Any Polk County Schools staff or student who has been:

  •  tested for COVID-19 or has been advised to be tested.

  •  in direct contact (6ft, >15 minutes) with a COVID 19 positive person.

  •  experiencing symptoms of COVID-19

All Polk County Schools the week of August 30th due to COVID related staff and student absences. Classes will resume on September 7th.
