

COVID-19 Updates

Centerstone therapists are still serving clients for Polk County Schools. During this time, families and students may be feeling anxious, depressed, lonely, or a number of other emotions and help is available.
Below are some general wellness tips and reminders from the CDC:

Wash your hands often with soap and water (warm or cold) for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

Stay home when you are sick.

Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.

Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

Any Polk County Schools staff or student who has been:

tested for COVID-19 or has been advised to be tested.

in direct contact (6ft, >15 minutes) with a COVID 19 positive person.
